YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and supervise the 10 employees making up the team and ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Coordinate and supervise all activities of the locksmith department, ensuring compliance and quality of the achievements in compliance with deadlines
  • Manage priorities and allocate resources effectively
  • Collaborate closely with other departments in order to actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and working methods;
  • Be in charge of all administrative activities inherent to the department
YOUR PROFILE
  • You are recognized for your team management skills and your ability to unite and motivate your employees
  • You have significant experience in locksmithing or in an equivalent industrial field
  • You are fluent in French
  • You have good interpersonal skills and natural leadership
  • You have knowledge of ERP software, a plus
  • You have experience or training in continuous improvement, with participation in optimization projects, a plus.
